At the time of order, 50% advance payment must be made.

In case of order cancellation, 35% of the total amount will be deducted.

The order can be canceled up to the first four days from the specified date.

In case of financial emergency, the reservation will be canceled and the advance payment will be refunded.

Extremely valuable or irreplaceable items are not accepted under any circumstances.

No changes can be made after placing the order.

In case of an accident involving our vehicle or staff during delivery, we are not responsible.

Delivery will be made within 2 to 3 days.

Every item is packed with care, but we are not responsible for delays or missing items.

If the items are correct, no refund or exchange will be given.

Our staff only does their assigned job — they will not assist with any other work.

In case of delayed delivery due to any fault on our part, we will not be responsible for any loss of goods.
