Payment Confirmation: All orders require full payment before processing. Products will not be shipped until the payment has been successfully received.

Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and order volume.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Delivery to locations outside major cities may take extra time.

Shipping Methods: We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners. The method is chosen based on your location and order size.

Lahore: 3–5 business days

Other Cities in Punjab: 5–7 business days

Rest of Pakistan: 7–10 business days
